September is a very special month, during which we celebrate the vast culture and traditions that surround Mexico.
One of these traditions, passed along between generations, is the production of mezcal, a Mexican
spirit produced throughout the country, being Oaxaca one of these regions.
Here, 9Reinos is born out of the best batches of agave espadín, which is matured during 4 years and produced in a local
palenque with artisanal methods supervised by our “maestro mezcalero” throughout the 9-step- process.
The smoked taste of 9Reinos is provided by other factors besides the agave, such as the soil, the
plants alongside the valley and the different insects that live in the ecosystem where the plants are grown.
